Fleischer's Hotel

Tucked in the mountains of western Norway, in the center of the town Voss, you will find Fleischer’s Hotel. Convenient located by the train station it is easy to get here whether you travel from eastern or western Norway. Voss is also close to both the Hardangerfjord, the Sognefjord and the Nærøyfjord.

Fleischer's Hotel is a modern hotel, with many traditions. It was built in 1889 in the popular Swiss style. The hotel quickly became well known amongst wealthy tourists, much due to the architectural style. Fleischer's Hotel is known for its venerable atmosphere, grand dining room and attentive host.

The hotel has 110 rooms, and two restaurants, a Terrace which is open in the summer season, and one bar, where you can enjoy food and beverage from local producers. There are also conference facilities with rooms that can hold ut to 240 people in total, and a wellness area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium and gym.

Voss is a great place to visit, both summer and winter. If you are here for skiing in the wintertime, the ski buses to either Voss Resort Bavallen or Myrkdalen Ski Resort stops right outside the hotel door. During the summer Voss and its surrounding area offer endless opportunities to hike and fish in the mountains. And year around you can enjoy indoor skydiving in the first wind tunnel that's been built in Norway, at VossVind.  Voss also offers numerous cultural events during the year.
